Hey everyone.
Yes Tanner has left. Yes I am sad. I'm doing alright. I'm scattered and it makes it hard to study though. We had such a wonderful time. I feel like I was in such a good mood the whole time he was here, I tried a lot of new things and went to a lot of new places in Chengdu. It was good for me. Tanner and I really spent all our time together, we had good talks and made up for lost time.
I am concerned about my class. I think I can study hard and give it a good shot anyways. I obviously got lost after I quit Emerson. I was at the UW for one year, which was pretty average, some good grades and some that could have been better. I think I just never really pushed myself to get back into school like I should have. I used to be a good student, but am not anymore. I can admit it. I'm lazy and distractable. But I also have a whole new semester here, and at least a year at the UW to get back on track. In the larger picture of my life, it won't matter. It's just a class. So yeah, I have to stay positive and all that crap.
15 days and my semester will be over. I can take a break for two weeks, and then go live in a village and do research for about 10 days.
Still no more photos. Sorry.
I have some great photos of Tanner here too, so I'll try that this weekend

Tanner showed us his photos tonight, and they were all great. Looks like you two had lots of fun and had some wonderful experiences. Best of luck with school. Even though it's tough at times, we know you'll survive.
