Christmas Eve

We had a really nice Christmas Eve.

I worked a shorter day. Tanner helped clean up the house, and make sure it was ready for the cat sitter. Then he made a great dinner. He made homemade Japanese pickles, and Japanese omelette, miso soup, pickled salmon eggs and then all the other ingredients for tamaki.

Awesome Star Wars shirt Rhea got for Tanner

Salted shiso leaves, pickles, yummy beer!

The omelette tasted great. Tanner has not made them before. They turned out kind of dark. This was my attempt at nigiri

Then we opened presents! Our parents and sisters sent us gifts. It was so sweet of them. These are Polish soup mixes from Cheri, where did you find them?!

Opps, blurry, Tanner got a nice new tool from my mom.

What is in the big box?

Hah, a smaller box! In that box was a vacuum! Thanks Mom, awesome gift! Also in my new Christmas Eve pajamas.
